Searching for a home during normal circumstances is already difficult. Now doing that in the middle of a pandemic in the current increasingly competitive housing market is...very stressful. I could not imagine going through this process with anyone other than Maria. She is wonderful. She was always prepared with information about the homes and neighborhoods we were looking in. She took all the extra precautions and always had shoe covers, gloves, and sanitizing products that are now necessary when viewing a home. Most of all she was always available and had answers for the ton of questions I had as a first time home buyer. There were times where I texted Maria (at literally any time of day) and she quickly responded with either an answer, new listings, or appointments for viewing. She was flexible and considerate of my work schedule and set up showings so that my family and I could go. She always laid out the facts and gave me her honest opinions and guidance.
